Free trial vs paid plans
What's included in the trial, and how to upgrade when you're ready.
Every new Numezis workspace starts on a 14-day free trial with full access to the Pro plan features. No credit card is required to start.
What's in the trial
- All modules unlocked (Sales, Purchases, Accounting, HR, Inventory, CRM, Documents-OCR).
- Up to 5 team members.
- Unlimited invoices and documents.
- Bank connection and reconciliation.
- AI agents and OCR.
What happens at the end of the trial
You receive a reminder email 3 days before, then again on the last day. If you don't pick a plan:
- The workspace stays accessible, but write operations are paused.
- No data is deleted. You can resume any time within 90 days by selecting a plan.
Picking a plan
From Settings → Billing → Plan, compare and pick:
- Starter — free forever, 1 user, sales + accounting basics.
- Plus — small teams, includes documents-OCR.
- Pro — full module set, recommended for most SMEs.
- Enterprise — bespoke pricing, dedicated support, on-premise option.
Billing is monthly or annual (annual saves ~17%). All plans include unlimited storage and Swiss-hosted data.
