Free plan vs paid plans

Overview

Numezis has no trial. The free Starter plan is a permanent plan: it gives you the full product — every module, the same AI, the same quality as paid plans — with usage limits. You upgrade when you need more volume or more seats, the way you subscribe to a service like ChatGPT or Claude. There are no surprise bills: exceeding a limit never charges you automatically.

What differs between plans

All plans include all modules and features. Only usage limits differ:

• Automated volume (documents processed, AI actions) — the main reason to upgrade.
• Seats — the team-size gate.
• Scale limits (records, storage) stay generous and never block an import.

• Usage — /t/settings/billing/usage (a usage meter shows where you stand)

Step-by-step

1. Review your plan and usage in Settings → Billing. (Expected: plan name, usage meter, payment method state.) (UAT-T-BILLING-001)
2. As you approach a limit, a calm notice appears (no countdown, no pressure). (UAT-T-BILLING-001)
3. When you reach a limit, a small grace buffer keeps you from being blocked mid-task. (UAT-T-BILLING-001)
4. To scale up, upgrade your plan (one-click Stripe checkout) — or, for AI, buy a credit top-up pack. (UAT-T-BILLING-001)
5. If your billing is managed by a partner (fiduciary), the upgrade routes to them instead of self-serve checkout. (UAT-T-BILLING-001)
6. After upgrade, confirm writes succeed and review the audit trail on the record. (UAT-T-BILLING-001)
