Highlights

• Public documentation — docs.numezis.com is live. It covers the product, partner programme, and trust commitments for the first time in a public, indexable form.
• Two-step payment posting is now the documented default. The underlying engine was already shipped (April 2026); we updated the docs and surfaced the configuration toggle more clearly.

Sales

• QR-bill rendering now uses the SPC v2 generator with full Swiss Postfinance compatibility.
• Multi-currency invoices automatically pull the SNB FX rate of the invoice issue date (previously: latest available).

Purchases

• OCR confidence thresholds are now tenant-configurable from Settings → Documents → Auto-routing.
• Duplicate detection window extended from 6 to 12 months.

Accounting

• Closing runs (monthly/quarterly/annual) now display a real-time progress bar and itemize the checks (period balanced, no orphan documents, VAT reconciled).

Documents-OCR

• HEIC photos (iPhone default) now upload directly without conversion.
• The validation side-by-side view scrolls in sync between the original scan and the extracted form.

Trust

• Refreshed Security, Swiss compliance and DPA pages, all now public.
