Invite your team

Add colleagues to your Numezis workspace and assign roles.

Numezis works best when everyone who handles invoices, expenses, contracts or payroll is in the workspace. Invitations are unlimited on all paid plans.

Send an invitation

  1. Go to Settings → Members & roles.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter the email address. Use a corporate domain when possible — it makes group permissions simpler and is required for SSO.
  4. Pick a role (see below).
  5. (Optional) Restrict access to specific modules.

The invitee receives a Numezis email with a one-click join link. Links are valid for 7 days; expired links can be regenerated from the same screen.

Default roles

  • Admin — full access to all modules and settings.
  • Manager — full access to operational modules (sales, purchases, HR…) but no settings, billing or member management.
  • Operator — module-level access decided by the admin (e.g. accounting only, or sales + CRM only).
  • Viewer — read-only across granted modules.

Roles are not hard-coded — you can clone them and tune permissions per team. See Settings → Roles → Custom roles.

Removing a member

From the same screen, click the row and choose Remove access. Their data trail (created invoices, approvals, comments…) remains intact and is attributed to their previous identity.
