Step-by-step
- Open CRM → Leads. (UAT-C-CRM-LEAD-002)
- Create a lead manually or from enrichment (e.g. Zefix). (UAT-C-CRM-LEAD-004)
- Use list or kanban views to prioritize follow-ups. (UAT-C-CRM-LEAD-003)
- Convert qualified leads to opportunities—do not invoice from leads. (UAT-C-CRM-LEAD-001)
- Review the audit trail on the record. (Expected: activity event with actor and timestamp.) (UAT-C-CRM-LEAD-001)
- If access is denied, verify module activation at tenant and company level before retrying. (UAT-C-CRM-LEAD-001)
