User guide for Leads in the Numezis company portal.

Overview

Capture and qualify leads before they become opportunities. Lead status is pre-sales only.

Where in the app

  • /c/companies/:companyId/crm/leads
  • /c/companies/:companyId/crm/leads/kanban

Step-by-step

  1. Open CRM → Leads. (UAT-C-CRM-LEAD-002)
  2. Create a lead manually or from enrichment (e.g. Zefix). (UAT-C-CRM-LEAD-004)
  3. Use list or kanban views to prioritize follow-ups. (UAT-C-CRM-LEAD-003)
  4. Convert qualified leads to opportunities—do not invoice from leads. (UAT-C-CRM-LEAD-001)
  5. Review the audit trail on the record. (Expected: activity event with actor and timestamp.) (UAT-C-CRM-LEAD-001)
  6. If access is denied, verify module activation at tenant and company level before retrying. (UAT-C-CRM-LEAD-001)
