Track the commercial pipeline: stages, forecast and won/lost outcomes.

Overview

Opportunities represent the commercial pipeline: stages, forecast, and won/lost. Post-sales delivery (customer accounts, contracts, projects) continues in the Customer Accounts and Projects modules.

Where in the app

Step-by-step

  1. Open CRM → Opportunities. (UAT-C-CRM-OPP-004)
  2. Create from a lead or account with expected value and close date. (UAT-C-CRM-OPP-005)
  3. Move stages on the kanban board. (UAT-C-CRM-OPP-001)
  4. Mark won or lost with reason codes for analytics. (UAT-C-CRM-OPP-002)
  5. After win, use post-sales setup to create customer account, contract, and project. (UAT-C-CRM-OPP-003 via customer-accounts lifecycle)
  6. If access is denied, verify module activation at tenant and company level before retrying.
