Define pipeline stages, probabilities, and SLA hints used by opportunities.

Step-by-step

1. Open CRM → Configuration → Pipelines. (UAT-C-CRM-PIPE-001)
2. Create stages with order and default probability. (UAT-C-CRM-PIPE-001)
3. Assign pipelines to teams or segments. (UAT-C-CRM-PIPE-001)
4. Review stage aging in opportunity views. (UAT-C-CRM-PIPE-001)
5. Review the audit trail on the record. (Expected: activity event with actor and timestamp.) (UAT-C-CRM-PIPE-001)
6. If access is denied, verify module activation at tenant and company level before retrying. (UAT-C-CRM-PIPE-001)
