Onboarding

Self-serve onboarding wizard for Swiss organizations after signup.

Overview

Self-serve onboarding is available for Swiss (CH) organizations only. After signup, complete a short wizard to configure your workspace, company, and team access.

Where in the app

  • Onboarding wizard: /{locale}/onboarding (before first portal access)
  • Company portal: /c (after setup completes)

Step-by-step

  1. Register with your Swiss company details (CH only for self-serve) — UAT-T-ONBOARD-WIZARD-001.
  2. Verify your email and sign in.
  3. Tenant step — name your workspace.
  4. Company step — legal name, address, VAT status (Zefix lookup available for CH) — UAT-T-ONBOARD-COMP-002.
  5. Access step — optionally invite colleagues.
  6. Choose your setup — UAT-T-ONBOARD-SEED-001:
    • Starter (recommended) — ready to use with chart of accounts, journals, and modules. No sample invoices or contacts.
    • Explore with examples — adds demonstration contacts, invoices, and CRM data to help you discover Numezis.
  7. Click Start setup — your workspace is prepared in the background while you reach the dashboard.

Permissions and modules

Onboarding is available to the first tenant administrator (TENANT_ADMIN).

Notifications

In-app notification center for approvals, mentions and system events.

Partner

Partner cockpit to supervise client companies, mandates and fleet performance.
