Partner

Partner cockpit to supervise client companies, mandates and fleet performance.

Overview

Partner cockpit to supervise client companies, mandates, and fleet performance—execution stays in /c.

Commercial model

The partner workspace is free — you never pay a platform fee. You earn a recurring revenue-share margin on the mandates you activate; each client company pays its own Numezis subscription.

Where in the app

  • See the module in the company portal sidebar (/c).

Step-by-step

  1. Sign in to the Partner portal (/p). (UAT-P-ACCESS-GRP-001)
  2. Review client list and 360° views. (UAT-P-ACCESS-PERM-001)
  3. Deep-link into a client company for operational work. (UAT-P-ACCESS-USR-001)
  4. Configure partner settings and product guidance. (UAT-P-BETA-GUIDE-001)
  5. Review the audit trail on the record. (Expected: activity event with actor and timestamp.) (UAT-P-CLIENT-360-001)
  6. If access is denied, verify module activation at tenant and company level before retrying. (UAT-P-CLIENT-360-001)

Client side: control the partner firms that reach your companies

A client company always sees which fiduciary partner firms can act on its data, and decides on its own whether the relationship continues.

For a company

In Settings → Partners (/c/companies/:companyId/settings/partners), with the COMPANY:MANAGE_SETTINGS permission:

  • the partner firms connected to the company, with their access level and connection date;
  • a side panel per firm listing each partner user: name, e-mail, role, access level and permissions, labelled in your language;
  • Revoke a firm, with an optional reason;
  • Requests (…/settings/partners/requests): accept or reject the link requests that target the company;
  • History (…/settings/partners/history): reviewed requests, and every access opened or withdrawn, read-only.

For a tenant

In the tenant's Settings → Partners (/t/settings/partners), with the TENANT:MANAGE_SETTINGS permission:

  • one row per partner firm and company of the tenant;
  • Revoke a firm's access to a single company, or to every company it reaches: the confirmation lists each of them;
  • open a row in its company;
  • Requests (/t/settings/partners/requests): accept or reject every request of the tenant without switching company;
  • History (/t/settings/partners/history) for the whole tenant.

What a revocation does

  • The company leaves the link with the firm; the link is closed once it holds no company.
  • The partner users' individual access to that company is deactivated, and the firm's settings for that company are archived.
  • The history is kept: nothing is deleted.
  • A removal decided by the Numezis team is exactly the same revocation.

Your reasons stay with you

The reason for a revocation or for rejecting a request is never sent to the partner firm: not in its notification, not in its portal. It stays in your own history.

Who acted

When a partner firm's user acts in your company, the audit log shows it under the actor: "via the firm …".

Permissions and modules

Partner staff roles. On the client side, the Partners section requires COMPANY:MANAGE_SETTINGS (company) or TENANT:MANAGE_SETTINGS (tenant).
