Tenant

Tenant admins manage companies, users, integrations and enterprise policies.

Overview

Tenant admins manage companies, users, integrations, and enterprise policies.

Where in the app

  • See the module in the company portal sidebar (/c).

Step-by-step

  1. Sign in to the Tenant portal (/t). (UAT-T-ACCESS-GRP-001)
  2. Manage companies and module activation. (UAT-T-ACCESS-USR-001)
  3. Configure users, groups, and SSO policies. (UAT-T-COMP-LIST-001)
  4. Review tenant dashboard and intelligence tools. (UAT-T-INTEL-AGENT-001)
  5. Review the audit trail on the record. (Expected: activity event with actor and timestamp.) (UAT-T-PORTAL-DASH-001)
  6. If access is denied, verify module activation at tenant and company level before retrying. (UAT-T-PORTAL-PROF-001)

Connect an Odoo organization

  1. Open Tenant → Settings → Connectors (/t/settings/connectors) and choose Odoo.
  2. Enter the HTTPS server URL, database name, login, and API key of a dedicated Odoo integration user. Numezis validates the credentials before saving them; the API key is encrypted at rest.
  3. Grant that Odoo user only the read and write permissions required by your operating model, then use Test connection.
  4. Assign the connector to the intended companies. Reads can search partners, invoices, products, and sales orders. Agent writes are restricted to the allowlisted operations and require approval; created invoices remain drafts for human posting in Odoo. (UAT-X-ODOO-CONNECTOR-001)

If validation fails, verify the exact database name, API-key owner, HTTPS endpoint, and Odoo access-control lists. Never use an administrator's personal API key.
