Leads

User guide for Leads in the Numezis company portal.

Capture and qualify leads before they become opportunities. Lead status is pre-sales only.

Where in the app

  • /c/companies/:companyId/crm/leads
  • /c/companies/:companyId/crm/leads/kanban

Step-by-step

  1. Open CRM → Leads.
  2. Create a lead manually or from enrichment (e.g. Zefix).
  3. Use list or kanban views to prioritize follow-ups.
  4. Convert qualified leads to opportunities—do not invoice from leads.
