Opportunities represent the commercial pipeline: stages, forecast, won/lost, and renewal/churn tracking.

Where in the app

  • /c/companies/:companyId/crm/opportunities
  • /c/companies/:companyId/crm/opportunities/:opportunityId

Step-by-step

  1. Open CRM → Opportunities.
  2. Create from a lead or account with expected value and close date.
  3. Move stages on the kanban board.
  4. Mark won or lost with reason codes for analytics.
