User guide for Expense Reports in the Numezis company portal.

Overview

Employees submit expense reports; approvers review receipts and policy before reimbursement or accounting posting.

Step-by-step

  1. Create an expense report and attach receipt documents. (UAT-C-PUR-D2E-002)
  2. Use OCR prefill from linked documents where available. (UAT-C-PUR-ER-001)
  3. Submit for approval following company policy. (UAT-C-PUR-ER-002)
  4. Finance posts approved reports to the ledger. (UAT-C-PUR-ER-002)
  5. Review the audit trail on the record. (Expected: activity event with actor and timestamp.) (UAT-C-PUR-ER-002)
  6. If access is denied, verify module activation at tenant and company level before retrying. (UAT-C-PUR-ER-002)
