Employees submit expense reports; approvers review receipts and policy before reimbursement or accounting posting.

Step-by-step

  1. Create an expense report and attach receipt documents.
  2. Use OCR prefill from linked documents where available.
  3. Submit for approval following company policy.
  4. Finance posts approved reports to the ledger.
